What do you enjoy most about working in WordPress?
The best thing about WordPress isn’t the code, it’s the community. Over the last several years, I’ve had the privilege of speaking at WordCamps across the United States and around the world. And without fail, WordPress people everywhere I’ve visited have been amazing.

WordPress Planetis the ultimate insider community for people who take WordPress seriously. The newsletters keep me updated on what’s happening in the industry, and it’s easy to make connections in the Slack group.
What business/web/WordPress advice do you have for others in our industry?
Be helpful, and the money will follow. It’s easy to pick out companies that try to parachute into the WordPress community and try to make a quick buck. The companies with longevity and profits are the ones that invest in the community and try to be as helpful as possible.
